For Immediate Release - October 7th, 2019
Living Better on Less is a free, 8 week program designed to help you live a simpler life, consuming less of the earth’s resources while improving your health and saving money.
The Living Better on Less program is considered a critical resource for those who desire to live a more healthy, minimal and cost saving life. This is a program to provide assistance to people who by necessity or choice want to live on less. Participants may be out of work, on a low income, retired or have chosen to live a simpler life and yet want to maintain their dignity and good health while living simply and lessening their environmental impact.
Participants will learn new skills through a variety of hands-on activities, workbooks, and open discussions. The program covers new topics each week, led by facilitator Stephanie Clarke and expert guests.
Registration is now open for the fall session of Living Better on Less. Through this free program, participants will learn how to create a financial plan, prepare nutritious meals, and create a healthy home. Childcare is available if required. Coffee, tea, and refreshments are provided.
All sessions will take place at The Church of the Apostles 86 Glasgow St N, Guelph, ON N1H 4W2. The building is physically accessible, located close to downtown and public transit routes.
Registration Deadline - Friday, October 18th.
