Headed to Pan Am Championship

Local Martial Artist Nathan Skoufis, 25 has qualified for the 2019 Pan Ams

Local Martial Artist Nathan Skoufis, 25 has qualified for the 2019 Pan Ams set for this weekend in Miami, Florida, USA. Skoufis is a member of Team Canada, 16x World Champion and 5th degree black belt.

The event will draw the top martial artists throughout the globe including martial arts stylist representing Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Boxing, Kickboxing, Kung Fu and many more.

The event is one of the largest and most prestigious in the globe. Skoufis will enter the event as the #1 Ranked NASKA Welterweight fighter in the world.

Skoufis says “I am really looking forward to competing at the Pan Am tournament and look forward to not only representing this community, as well as Canada at such a prestigious international event. It is an honoured to be ranked and to qualify for it. I look forward to the event and appreciate all the support from the area.”

Skoufis is the owner of Guelph Family Martial Arts and Guelph Fitness Kickboxing.
